摘 要:拉矫机驱动系统是连铸机的重要组成部分,拉矫机一旦出现问题将直接影响铸坯质量,严重时将造成卧坯和大量废坯,并严重影响设备使用寿命。本文提出的拉矫机转矩均衡技术,是通过比较负载电流与目标电流的电流差值调整电机的输入频率,直至电流值的差值不大于预定值,保证拉速的稳定和拉矫机的受力均衡。防止由于某个拉矫机长期受力过大导致故障停机,或者由于出力过大使铸坯变形,保证连铸机的高效运行。The driving system of withdrawal and straightening unit is an important part of continuous casting machine,and once the withdrawal and straightening unit went wrong,the casting billet quality will be directly affected,and when the problem is serious,it will cause the lying slab and a lot of waste slabs,and seriously affect the service life of equipment. The torque balancing technology proposed in the paper could ensure the stability of drawing speed and the force balance of withdrawal and straightening unit through comparing the current difference between the load current and the target current to adjust the motor input frequency until the difference of current value was not more than predetermined value. And the technology could prevent the shutdown because of faults due to the long-term too large stress of some withdrawal and straightening unit,or prevent the slab deformation because of too large force,and then the efficient operation of continuous casting machine was ensured.
