摘  要:为降低高频隔离型辅助变流器中三相电压源逆变器开关损耗,提出一种零序分量连续可调的改进型广义不连续PWM算法,通过实时调节调制相角,实现不同60°不连续PWM算法的线性平滑过渡,进而基于优化的时域仿真分析方法,对比分析不同算法谐波性能,并引入谐波畸变因数进行规律验证,确定谐波性能优越的调制度下限;进一步建立系统损耗模型,提出基于开关损耗函数与死区效应的损耗分析方法,实现最小损耗不连续PWM算法;在过调制的非线性区内,协调考虑电压调制增益与谐波性能,确定整体性能优化的调制度上限。最后利用DSP进行数字化实现,并通过试验验证了理论分析的正确性与归一化方法的可行性。A modified generalized discontinuous pulse width modulation algorithm based on continuously adjustable zero-sequence component injection was proposed to decrease switching losses of the three phase voltage inverters in the high-frequency-isolation auxiliary converter. By adjusting the modulator phase angle, different 60° discontinuous PWM algorithms could be implemented and give linear smooth transitions. As a result, a comparative analysis of harmonic characteristics was carried out, and an optimized harmonic analysis method based on time-domain simulation which was further tested by the harmonic distortion factor, was proposed to determine the modulation index with superior harmonic performances. Based on the established loss models, a loss analysis method with the switching loss function and the dead-time effect was proposed, a minimum loss discontinuous PWM algorithm was given. In the overmodulation region, the voltage modulation gain and harmonic distortion were investigated to obtain the upper limit of the modulation index. Subsequently, the modulator was digitally implemented by DSP, and the correctness of the theories analysis and the feasibility of the normalization method were verified by the experimental results.
