摘  要:实践已经证明,农产品电商的发展,不仅可以极大地丰富城镇居民的生活、增加农村居民的收入,对激发农产品产-供-销一体化利益链条上各利益主体的创业热情也具有显著的促进作用。基于问卷调查数据,实证新常态背景下农产品电商发展的区域创业效应。全样本数据的回归结果表明,农产品电商发展的区域创业效应显著,且在控制了农产品电商发展的内生性问题后,农产品电商发展的区域创业效应进一步加强。分区域样本数据的回归结果不仅进一步证实了全样本数据回归结果的稳健可靠性,还进一步表明,东中西部不同地区之间农产品电商发展的区域创业效应存在差异。要促进农产品电商发展区域创业效应的发挥,必须高度重视对现有农产品电商发展的扶持,尽可能地将农产品电商的发展与地方政府经济发展战略相结合,还要竭力避免全国各地农产品电商发展整齐划一的做法,在农产品电商发展过程中体现出区域特色。It has been proved that the e-business' development of agricultural products can enrich urban residents' life and increase rural residents' income, and what' s more, it can excite all stakeholders' entrepreneurial enthusiasm from the interest chain about the agricultural production, supply and integration. Based on the microcosmic data of investigation, an empirical research about the regional entrepreneurship effect from the e-business' development of agricultural products has been given based on China' s new normal. The regression result from the full sample data shows that the regional entrepreneurship effect from the e-business' development of agricultural products is significant, and after the endogenous problem has been controlled, its effect is more significant. And the regression result from the sub-regional sample data shows that the former result is steady and reliable, what' s more, the relative difference exists among the eastern, central and western regions. In order to promote the regional entrepreneurship effect from the e-business' development of agricultural products based on China' s new normal, it' s necessary to pay attention to the current e-business development of agricultural products, combine the e-business development of agricultural products and the economic development strategy from the local government, avoid the same development strategy for the e- business of agricultural products and reflect the regional difference.
