摘  要:为解决聚合物多元醇(POP)生产中常用引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)使用时会产生剧毒物并在后期脱单时会堵塞管道等问题,用过氧化–2–乙基己酸叔戊酯(TAPH)替代AIBN作引发剂;使用溶剂将TAPH配制成稀释液进行试验,解决TAPH运输及存储问题;并向稀释液中引入高分解温度过氧化物配制成复配液,用不同浓度的复配液进行工业性试验,得出了工业生产条件下TAPH的最佳用量。In order to solve the problems occurred in polymer polyol(POP) production using the common azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator producing highly toxic substances and blocking pipelines during the later stage for monomer removal,the tert-amy1 peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate(TAPH) was used as initiator for replacing AIBN.The transportation and storage problems of TAPH were solved by preparing the diluted solution of TAPH with solvent for testing.Introducing the peroxide with high decomposition temperature into the diluted solution to prepare the built solution,the industrial tests were carried out by using the built solutions of different concentrations,and the optimal used amount of TAPH under industrial production conditions was given out.
