海南临高人头面部形态特征的年龄变化

摘　　要：采用年龄组分层随机抽样方法研究了海南省临高县417例成年临高人(男性211例,女性206例)的头面部特征,包括15项观察指标和22项测量指标,并计算了12项头面部指数,以此分析海南临高人头面部形态特征的年龄变化规律.结果显示:(1)随着年龄增长,海南临高人有蒙古褶率下降、眼裂趋于水平、眼色变浅、上唇皮肤部变高、红唇变薄;(2)海南临高人的口裂宽、形态面高、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、容貌耳宽与年龄呈正相关,眼外角间宽、唇高、红唇厚度与年龄呈负相关(p<0.05);(3)头面部指数中,形态面指数、额顶宽指数与年龄呈正相关,头长宽指数、口指数与年龄呈负相关(p<0.05).总之,成年临高人的头面部特征中,骨性指标相对稳定,非骨性指标则随着年龄增长呈规律性变化.The head-facial characteristics of 417 adults （211 males, 206 females） of Lingao in Hainan Province were studied by stratified random sampling of age groups. 15 observational indexes and 22 measurement indexes were investigated, and 12 head-facial exponents were calculated. Furthermore, the variation of head-facial characteristics with age of Lingao was analyzed. The results showed that ： （ 1 ） With the increase of age, the rate of mongoloid fold decreased, the direction of eye- slits tended to be horizontal, the eye color turned to be light, the upper lip height changed highly, and the thickness of lips tended to be thinner; （2） The mouth breadth, morphological upper facial height, upper lip height, physiognomic ear length, physiognomie ear breadth were statistically positively related to age, but the external binocular breadth, lip height, thickness of lips were statistically negatively related to age （p 〈 0.05 ）; （3） Among the head-facial exponents, morphological facial and transverse fronto parietal exponents were statistically positively related to age, morphological facial exponent and transverse front oparietal exponents were statistically negatively related to age （p 〈 0.05 ）. Overall, the head-facial indexes and exponents related with osseous tissues are relatively stable, while most indexes and exponents related with soft tissues can changed regularly with age.
