国外学界关于西方民主输出的研究述评

摘　　要：国外学界对西方民主输出的研究主要围绕美国的民主输出进行。对西方民主输出,国外学者不论是支持还是反对,一般都侧重从三个层面进行探讨:一是民主的概念和内涵;二是民主输出的目的和方式;三是民主输出的结果和前景。国外学者对西方民主输出的研究具有理论与实际相结合、历史与现实相结合的特点,并呈现出日益关注美国如何通过软权力来提高民主输出的有效性和在反思西方民主输出问题时对中国民主模式进行研究的趋势。对国外学界关于西方民主输出的研究进行梳理,有利于我国积极抵御西方在意识形态方面的渗透和维护国家意识形态安全。Studies on exporting democracy by the West mainly focus on the case of the US in the international academia. Scholars discuss over the topic in three aspects, namely the concept and contents of democracy, its means and objectives, and results and prospects. Existing studies combine theories with practices, history with present. In addition, more foreign scholars are pay- ing attention to how the US is improving the effectiveness of democracy export by soft power and China＇s model of democracy when reflecting the problems of exporting democracy by the West. The literature review on exporting Western democracy will be conducive for us to resisting the penetration of Western ideology and safeguarding China＇s ideological security.
