微波消解ICP-OES法同时测定雨生红球藻中20种无机元素的含量

摘  要:目的本试验以雨生红球藻为试样,建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法,同时测定雨生红球藻中20种无机元素(Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe、Al、Mn、Ba、Zn、Sr、Cu、Ti、Co、Cr、Ni、Pb、Li、Cd、Ag、Se)的分析方法。方法雨生红球藻使用微波消解仪进行样品前处理,采用ICP-OES测定并采用外标法定量。结果本方法测定20种无机元素的线性范围宽,线性关系良好,检出限低,各元素的加标回收率在94.0%-108.0%之间。结论本方法具有操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确度好、回收率高等特点,能够同时对雨生红球藻中20种元素进行分析,通过测定雨生红球藻中各种元素的含量,为雨生红球藻资源的合理开发和综合利用、质量控制与质量检测提供一定的参考依据。Objective In this experiment,Haematococcus pluvialis as sample has been studied,establishing the methods by microwave digestion- inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- OES),that's the analysis methods of simultaneous determination about Haematococcus pluvialis in 20 kinds of inorganic elements( CA,Mg,K,Na,Fe,Al,Mn,Ba,Zn,Sr,Cu,Ti,Co,Cr,Ni,Pb,Li,CD,Ag,Se). Methods Haematococcus pluvialis samples were treated using microwave digestion instrument,determined by ICP- OES and quantified by external standard method. Results The method developed for the determination of 20 kinds of inorganic elements has a wide linear range,good linearity and low detection limit,and the recovery rate of each element is between 94. 0% ~ 108. 0%. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation,fast analysis speed,high sensitivity,good accuracy,higher recovery rate,etc,20 kinds of elements in Haematococcus pluvialis can be analyzed at the same time.Through the determination of Haematococcus pluvialis in various elements of the content,the reference for the Haematococcus pluvialis resources in rational development and comprehensive utilization,quality control and quality detection can be provided.
