摘　　要：少年司法的建立无疑强化了国家对未成年人,特别是罪错少年的特殊保护,但在世界少年司法发展的一百多年中,少年司法干预的目的、途径、范围、程序和措施等,不仅因一个国家少年司法所处的发展阶段、少年犯罪情势、文化传统等不同而呈现出不同,而且有着自己的演进路径。为此,研究世界一百多年少年司法演变规律,无疑会给建设具有中国特色少年司法制度以极大的启示。Juvenile justice affords effective protection for the juvenile,particularly the special protection for delinquent youth. The 100-year development of juvenile justice around the world demonstrates that the purpose,approach,scope,procedure and measure of delinquent intervention vary from country to country by its stage of development,juvenile delinquency situation,cultural traditions and evolution paths. A study of the 100-year history of juvenile justice will undoubtedly provides great inspiration for developing juvenile justice system with Chinese characteristics.
