摘　　要：随着市场竞争的不断加剧以及环保意识的增强,逆向物流越来越受到企业管理者的广泛关注,逆向物流系统的研究也逐渐受到学者的重视。如何挖掘逆向物流的战略价值,如何利用逆向物流提高本企业的竞争优势已经成为企业管理者面对的新问题。文章从逆向物流的内涵及特征进行了深入的研究,重点分析了逆向物流的战略价值。Following intensifying competition, strengthen of safety and environmental awareness, reverse logistics is receiving much attention recently. The research of reverse logistics system has received growing attention of scholars. The new problems the enterprises＇ managers faced are the ways of excavating the strategic value of reverse logistics and utilizing the reverse logistics to improve the enterprise＇s competitive advantage. This essay not only analyzes the meaning, main features, causes, but also discusses and strategic value of reverse logistics.
