摘　　要：为探索新型城镇化水平综合评价的有效方法,根据江苏省新型城镇化建设的特点及实际情况,通过文献综述及现状分析,以江苏省13个省辖市为对象,选择了25个评价指标构建了综合评价指标体系。应用模糊数学原理与方法构建了评价指标的隶属函数及模糊综合评价模型,并利用江苏各地级市城镇化建设的实际数据进行了应用研究,验证了模糊综合评价模型的有效性,为江苏省新型城镇化管理提供了一种行之有效的定量分析手段。To explore effective ways of comprehensive evaluation of new-type urbanization level,based on characteristics and actual situation of new urbanization construction in cities of Jiangsu province,through literature review and analysis of the situation,thirteen cities of Jiangsu province were taken as the research object,and 25 evaluation indexes were selected in order to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. With the use of fuzzy mathematics principle and method,subordinate function and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of these evaluation indexes was established,application research was carried out using actual data around the urbanization level city in Jiangsu province,verified the validity of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and provided effective means of quantitative analysis for new urban management in Jiangsu province.
