水电移民安置区经济发展模式研究——基于水富县金沙江向家坝电站移民安置案例分析

摘　　要：向家坝电站云南岸水富县库区对县域移民实行城镇化集中安置后,根据县域经济发展规划和移民小区的实际,以现有省级工业园区为基础,打造金沙江下游水电移民后扶工业园区,增加就业岗位,引导移民安稳就业。依托金沙江向家坝库区水资源优势,发展相关产业,最终走出了一条"一个移民安置点一项核心产业支撑的移民经济发展路子",形成了相应的"经济发展模式"。After the urbanizing hydropower centralized resettlement to the Xiangjiaba hydropower migrants in Shuifu Community on the bank of Yunnan province,the post-support industrial area for the hydropower migrants in the lower reach of Jinsha River is under construction on the present provincial industrial area according to the county＇s economic development planning and the hydropower migrants＇ practice in the area for the purpose of more jobs and the employment guarantee for the migrants.With the advantage of the rich water resources of Jinsha River in Xiangjiaba Reservoir area and the development of the relevant industries,finally the corresponding＂model of economic development＂has been come into being,that is,＂one migration-relocation setting point,one core industry for the support of the migrants＇ economic development＂.
