摘 要:为了控制火箭弹引信产品质量并提高生产效率,设计了基于数字信号控制器(DSC)的检测系统。检测系统主要由电源、信号调理电路、涡轮电机模拟电路和测速信号发生电路等模块组成,重点对涡轮电机模拟电路和信号调理电路进行介绍,并设计了A/D采样、接口通信和逻辑控制等软件。系统与示波器同时对引信进行检测实验,对比了结果,并分析了系统误差的来源。实验结果表明,检测系统能有效获得解保发火信号的幅度与时间值,在引信批量生产中可显著减少检测时间。To ensure the quality of rocket fuze product and improve the production efficiency,the detection system based on digital signal controller(DSC)was designed. This detection system is composed of power supply,signal processing circuit,turbine generator simulation circuit,velocity measurement signal generating circuit,etc. The turbine generator simulation circuit and signal processing circuit are introduced emphatically. The softwares of A/D sampling,interface communication and logic control were designed. The fuze was tested in the experiment by means of the system and oscilloscope simultaneously. The results are compared and the source of system error is analyzed in this paper. The experimental results show that the detection system can ensure the amplitude and time of the arming signal,and significantly reduce the detection time of fuze mass production.
