摘 要:基于阳离子荧光染料吖啶橙(AO)与负电性的六偏磷酸根离子(SHMP)之间的静电作用,建立了一种测定SHMP浓度的荧光分析法.在pH=7.2的BR缓冲溶液中,SHMP能够有效猝灭AO在550nm处的荧光,且荧光强度的变化与SHMP的浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.996 6,线性范围为8.0×10^(-7)~1.12×10^(-5 )mol/L.进一步研究表明,SHMP对AO荧光的猝灭过程为静态猝灭.该方法操作简单、快速,线性范围宽,适用于饮料中SHMP添加剂浓度的测定.Based on the electrostatic interaction of cationic fluorescent dye acridine orange(AO)and negatively charged hexametaphosphate(SHMP),a fluorescence analysis method for the determination of SHMP has been established.In BR buffer(pH=7.2),SHMP could effectively quench the fluorescence of AO at 550 nm in the manner of static quenching.In the range of 8.0×10^-7-1.12×10^-5 mol/L SHMP,the fluorescence change of AO presented a linear relationship with the concentration of SHMP with the correlation coefficient of 0.996 6.Compared with other methods,this method is simple and fast with a wide concentration range for SHMP analysis.The results for actual sample test suggested that the established method could be applied to the determination of SHMP in beverages.
