摘 要:为了探讨甘蓝类蔬菜对根肿病的抗性,采用室内人工注射法和分子标记辅助选择法,对94个品种进行根肿病抗性的鉴定。结果表明:室内鉴定中有24个高抗品种,63个抗病品种和7个耐病品种;24个高抗材料都含有1个抗病主效基因CRa。此外,甘蓝高抗品种占试验材料的16.4%;黑芥-花椰菜高抗占试验材料的57.9%;花椰菜高抗品种占试验材料的25.0%,结果显示,同一类蔬菜对根肿病菌的抗病性反应存在差异,黑芥-花椰菜的抗性表现明显高于甘蓝和花椰菜,说明来自黑芥的根肿病抗性比甘蓝或花椰菜更强。This experiment explored clubroot resistance of 94 varieties of Brassica crops by adopting the artificial injection method and the molecular marker-assisted selection. The 94 varieties of Brassica crops were divided into three types, including24 high resistant varieties, 63 resistant varieties and 7 tolerance varieties by injection identification and further identification by the molecular marker-assisted selection. The results showed that all the 24 high resistant varieties have an identical gene CRa which plays major function in clubroot resistance. Among cabbage, black mustard-cauliflower and cauliflower, the high resistant varieties were 16.4%, 57.9% and 25.0% respectively, which indicated that the levels of clubroot resistance of different varieties of Brassica crops vary from each other. The black mustard-cauliflower varieties have a significantly higher clubroot resistance performance than both cabbage and cauliflower, which illustrates that the black mustard varieties have a stronger clubroot resistance either than cabbage or cauliflower.
