针刺治疗儿童孤独症临床研究的系统评价

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国生物医学期刊文献数据库、中文期刊全文数据库、重庆维普期刊数据库等中文数据库及Pub Med数据库,收集针刺治疗儿童孤独症的随机对照试验和临床对照试验,经过文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 7篇文献满足纳入标准,Meta分析结果提示:针刺组与对照组治疗前后的儿童孤独症评定量表(childhood autism rating scale,CARS)总分比较,标准化均数差(standardized mean difference,SMD)为-1.36(95%CI:-1.92,-0.80),差异有统计学意义(Z=4.74,P<0.01);针刺组与对照组治疗前后的孤独症儿童行为检查量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)总分比较,标准化均数差(standardized mean difference,SMD)为-0.97(95%CI:-1.47,-0.46),差异有统计学意义(Z=3.75,P<0.01)。结论针刺疗法可能能够改善孤独症患儿的临床症状,但仍有待高质量随机对照研究进一步研究证实。Objective To study the curative effect of acupuncture therapy for children autism.Methods The randomized controlled trials and controlled clinical trials were searched in the CBM disc,CMCC,CNKI,VIP and Pub Med,and then the meta- analyses were conducted by using Stata 12. 0 software based on the screened literature,the extracted data,and the evaluated methodological quality. Results The study included 7 trials. After acupuncture therapy,the total score of childhood autism rating scale（ CARS）was statistical difference between acupuncture group and control group [SMD =- 1. 36,95% CI（- 1. 92,-0. 80）,Z = 4. 74,P〈0. 01]; the total score of autism behavior checklist（ ABC） was statistical difference between acupuncture group and control group [SMD =- 0. 97,95% CI（- 1. 47,- 0. 46）,Z = 3. 75,P〈0. 01]. Conclusion Acupuncture therapy may effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with autism,however,the results need further evaluation of high-quality randomized controlled trials.
