摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)病机复杂,发病率较高,近年来,已引起医学界的广泛重视。目前,中医对OSAHS进行辨证论治取得较大进展。本文主要对OSAHS的病机特点进行分析,归纳各中医学家对本病中医辨证分型、辨证治疗及中医非药物辨证论治的文献,并对OSAHS的病因病机、中医辨证分型、中医药物及中医非药物治疗的辨证论治进行研究概述。总结中医治疗OSAHS的优势与不足,为今后更有效的临床治疗方法提供依据,现予以综述如下。The pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS） is complex and the incidence rate is high. and OSAHS has attracted extensive attention of the medical profession in recent years. This paper focuses on the characteristics of the pathogenesis of OSAHS,summarizes the literature about TCM differentiation types,differential treatment and Non-drug treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM. And the etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine and the non-drug treatment based on syndrome differentiation of OSAHS was summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of OSAHS is summarized to provide the basis for a more effective therapy in the future,summarized as follows.
