经皮注射医用生物蛋白胶治疗腱鞘囊肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮注射医用生物蛋白胶治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法 选择2013年12月-2014年12月我院收治的腱鞘囊肿患者64例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组患者采用经皮注射医用生物蛋白胶治疗;对照组患者采用常规手术切除治疗。比较两组患者的治愈率、复发率、VAS评分及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治愈率为96.88%,显著高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的复发率为3.22%,显著低于对照组的10.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后4周两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 经皮注射医用生物蛋白胶治疗腱鞘囊肿临床疗效好、复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of biomedical fibrin glue injection in the treatment of tendon sheath cyst. Methods 64 patients who were treated for tendon sheath cyst from December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 32 patients.The observation group was treated with biomedical fibrin glue injection,the control group was treated with conventional operation resection.The cure rate,recurrence rate,VAS score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 96.88%,while the control group was 87.50%,the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with sta- tistical difference （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the obervation group was 3.22%,while the control group was 10.71%. The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The VAS score of 4 weeks postoperation between the two groups was significantly different （P〈0.05）.The adverse reac- tions of the observation group was higher than that in the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of biomedical fibrin glue injection in the treatment of tendon sheath cyst is better,and with low re- currence rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
