碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年12月在本院就诊的84例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各42例。对照组给予阴道置入克霉唑栓治疗,实验组给予阴道用碘伏擦洗后置入克霉唑栓治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果 实验组的总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组的不良反应总发生率为4.76%,显著低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 碘伏擦洗联合克霉唑栓治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效显著,能有效缓解临床症状,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of iodophor scrubbing combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during gestation period. Methods 84 pregnant women with vulvovaginal candidiasis in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given clotrimazole suppository into vagina,the experimental group were given iodophor scrubbing on vagina followed by clotrimazole suppository.The clinical effect and the incidence rate of adverse effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.62%,which was higher than 73.81% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total incidence rate of adverse effects in the experimental group was 4.76%,which was lower than 19.05% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of iodophor scrubbing combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during gestation period is significant,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms with low incidence of adverse effect and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
