多沙唑嗪缓释片改善输尿管支架管相关症状的非随机-对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多沙唑嗪缓释片改善输尿管支架管相关症状的效果。方法 将2014年3-9月我院58例泌尿系结石术后留置输尿管支架管的患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组24例,对照组34例。对照组术后1-3 d拔除尿管,口服抗生素预防感染,术后2-4周拔除输尿管支架管;试验组在对照组基础上,口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释片4 mg,1次/d,2-4周。拔管前独立完成国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量评估（QOL）、视觉模拟量表评分（VAS）评分问卷。结果 试验组IPSS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义[（9.12±0.99）分vs（11.65±1.39）分,t=7.616,P=0.000];QOL评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义[（2.21±0.59）分vs（2.68±0.84）分,t=2.345,P=0.023];VAS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义[（1.54±0.59）分vs（1.97±0.67）分,t=2.514,P=0.015];血尿发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（37.50%vs 44.12%,χ2=0.254,P=0.614）。结论 多沙唑嗪控释片可改善输尿管支架管相关症状以及患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of Doxazosin Sustained Release Tablets in improving associated symptoms of urethral stent. Methods 58 patients with urethral stent after operations due to urinary calculus treated in our hospital from March to September 2014 were selected and divided into study group （n=24） and control group （n=34）.For patients in the control group,catheters were removed after 1-3 days of operation,antibiotics were orally administrated for infec- tion prevention,and urethral stents were removed after 2-4 weeks of operation.Patients in the study group were addi- tionally orally given Doxazosin Mesylate Sustained Release Tablets 4 mg,qd,for 2-4 weeks.IPSS,QOL,and VAS scales were accomplished separately before removing the stents. Results There were significant differences in IPSS scores, QOL scores and VAS scores [（9.12±0.99） scores vs （11.65_±1.39） scores,t=7.616,P=0.000;（2.21±0.59） scores vs （2.68± 0.84） scores,t=2.345,P=0.023;（1.54±0.59） scores vs （1.97±0.67） scores,t=2.514,P=0.015] between the study group and the control group.There was no significant difference in incidence of hematuria （37.50% vs 44.12%,x2=0.254,P=0.614）. Conclusion Doxazosin Sustained Release Tablets can relieve associated symptoms of urethral stent and improve living quality of patients.
