摘 要:伤情码是美军战时伤员流、药材需求预计的基础。该文介绍了美军的伤情码系统,分析了美军伤情码与药材需求的关联性,阐述了以伤情码确定药材需求的逻辑思路和方法,形成以伤员流估算药材补给需求的体系,提出我国应建立伤类伤情与药材需求关系的建议,为创伤药材保障提供理论依据。The patient condition( PC) code system underlies the projection of the patient stream and medical supplies demand in the U. S. Armed Forces. In this article,the authors analyzed the correlations between the PC code and medical supplies demand. The logistics and methods of the medical supplies demand determined by the PC code were explained.The system of medical supplies demand determined by the patient stream was established. The authors proposed establishing the relationship between injuries,categories of wound and medical supplies demand in order to provide the theoretical basis for trauma medical supplies in China.
