摘 要:冲磨破坏是水工建筑物常见的破坏形式之一,环氧树脂基材料是常用的抗冲磨防护和修补材料。针对西部高寒地区高紫外辐射的环境特点和抗冲磨材料实际工况,通过试验研究了改性环氧砂浆的力学性能、抗反复冲磨性能和耐紫外老化性能。改性环氧砂浆长期抗拉强度大于17 MPa,216 h抗冲磨强度(水下钢球法)达1 090.03 h/(kg/m^2),1 440 h紫外加速老化试验后,抗拉强度和断裂能保留率分别为82.25%和96.90%。试验数据表明,改性环氧砂浆有优异的力学性能、抗冲磨性能和耐紫外老化性能,适合用于西部高寒地区抗冲磨防护和修补。Abrasion is a common failure mode of hydraulic structures,and the materials based on epoxy resin are commonly used in anti-abrasion protection and repair of hydraulic structures.According to the high ultraviolet radiation characteristic of western cold area and the actual working condition of anti-abrasion materials,the experiments have been conducted to study the mechanical properties,the repeating abrasion resistant performance and ultraviolet aging resistant performance of anti-abrasion modified epoxy mortar.The long-term tensile strength of modified epoxy mortar is more than 17 MPa,the anti-abrasion strengths up to 1 090.03 h/(kg/m^2) after 216 h with underwater method abrasion test,and the tensile strength retention rate and the fracture energy retention rate are 82.25% and 96.90% respectively after 1 440 h ultraviolet accelerated aging test.The experimental data show that the modified epoxy mortar has excellent mechanical performance,anti-abrasion performance and ultraviolet aging resistant performance.The modified epoxy mortar is suitable for anti-abrasion protection and repair in western cold area.
