摘　　要：基于产业关联的产业转移是提高产业转移有效性、推动区域内生增长的重要途径。区域投入产出模型的研究结果表明:(1)区域制造业的前向关联水平与经济发展水平显著正相关,但其后向关联水平并不必然的与区域经济发展水平相一致,从而为制造业由东向西的转移奠定了产业基础;(2)区域制造业与其它地区产业之间的关联水平与区域间地理距离呈反比;(3)待转移产业及其转向的选择要视区域内产业关联、区域间产业关联、产业技术特征以及区域间地理距离进行分类、差异化转移;(4)现阶段低技术制造业更适用于基于产业链的集群式整体迁移模式,而中、高技术制造业更适用基于产品价值链的生产工序转移模式,推动区域间基于产品价值链的网络型分工,在低技术制造业转移进程不断加快的同时,弱化发达地区"产业空心化"危机。其中中等技术制造业主要转移一般的技术密集型生产工序,高技术制造业转移劳动密集型生产工序。Accelerating industrial transfer is an important task to achieve balanced regional development and promote eco- nomic growth. Industrial transfer which is based on industrial linkage can enhance effectiveness of transfer and achieve endoge- nous growth. Our study shows that： （1） The forward association level of manufacturing industry is positively correlated with re- gional economic development level. But backward association level is not necessarily consistent with regional economic develop- ment, which lays the foundation for manufacturing industry transfer. （2） The forward and backward linkages between manufactur- ing industry of any regions and others is inversely proportional to the geographical distance between different regions. （3） The de- cision of transferred industry and its direction should be classified according to the intra-association, external-association and industrial technical characteristics. （d） I^w-tech manufacturing is more applicable to the whole clustering transfer based on the industrial chain, while the high-tech is more applicable to the fragmentation transfer of production process based on the product value chain. And secondary-tech manufacturing industry should mainly transfer the general technology-intensive production pro- cess and labor-intensive production process of high-tech transfer.
