摘 要:建立应急供应是应对市场需求波动的主要策略之一。围绕零售系统在双源供应下向两类顾客提供服务的库存配置策略,建立库存水平状态稳态概率分布平衡方程,并推导出稳态概率分布以及系统的稳态性能指标;构建库存成本控制优化模型并给出改进的遗传算法;通过数值实验验证了算法的有效性并研究了库存配置策略。结果表明,库存配置策略优于优先权库存控制策略。另外,在顾客到达强度较大的情况下,当两种供应源产品价格差别较小时,可优先从应急供应源补货来控制成本。Building up an emergency supply is one of the main strategies of response to market demand fluctuations.This paper focuses on a rationing inventory policy for retail system under dual sourcing with two classes of demands.Firstly,the balance equations of steady-state probability distributions are established and the steady-state performance measures are also obtained.Next,the inventory cost function and the optimization model are characterized.An improved genetic algorithm is also proposed.Finally,the efficiency of proposed algorithm and the rationing inventory policy are investigated through numerical experiments.The results show that the rationing inventory policy is superior to the priority inventory control policy.In addition,under the condition of the arrival intensity of customers is large enough,when the price difference between the two sourcing is small enough,the emergency supply should be adopted preferentially to control the inventory cost.
