摘　　要：主要对一类具有资金衰减特征的洗钱网络进行了研究,构建了基本洗钱网络模型,给出了求解该模型的算法;基于节点间的多频次资金流动进行模型扩展,对基本模型的算法进行优化设计,提出一种多目标规划算法,并通过实例应用研究验证了该算法的可行性;从大额交易、身份识别、群众举报、交易时间等方面提出了防范不法公职人员洗钱犯罪的对策及建议。Through focusing on the study of such money laundering network with financial attenuation characteristics,this paper builds a basic money laundering network model and puts forward an algorithm to analyze the model.Based on multifrequency extension of capital flows between two nodes,this paper extends this model,optimizes the basic algorithm for design of the model,and proposes a multi-objective programming algorithm.Further,this algorithms has been proved to be feasible by an example.Finally,the paper proposes some measures for preventing the civil servants from money laundering in the aspects of large trading,identification,reports from the masses,and trading hours.
