美洲斑潜蝇实验种群的温度效应

摘  要:在 15℃、 19℃、 2 3℃、 2 7℃、 31℃和 35℃ 6种恒温条件下 ,观察了美洲斑潜蝇实验种群的存活、发育和繁殖情况。结果表明 :温度变化对世代的存活有显著影响 ,6种温度下的世代存活率分别为 32 7%、 5 7 5 %、 6 2 1%、 87 8%、 86 2 %和 0 0 %。世代存活的最适温度为 2 7~31℃。在各虫态中 ,蛹期的存活受温度变化的影响最大 ,15℃时蛹的存活率为 5 5 1% ,2 7~ 31℃时蛹的存活率最高 ,达 92 %以上 ,35℃时蛹全部死亡。各虫态的发育速率随温度的上升而加快 ,呈Logistic曲线增长。通过组建 2 3℃和 2 7℃条件下的种群生殖力表 ,出这两种温度下的主要种群生命参数。The development?survival?reproduction of the experimental population of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard were observed under six constant temperature of 15?19?23?27?31 and 35℃ The results indicated that temperature changing had significant effect on the generation survival,the generation survival rate was 32 7?57 5? 62 1? 87 8?86 2? 0 0% at above six temperature respectively The most suitable temperature for the generation survival was from 27℃ to 31℃ The temperature changing had the most effect on the pupal survival than any other insect stage The pupal survival rate was 55 1% at 15℃ and above 92% at 27℃ or 31℃,but all pupae dead at 35℃ The development speed of each insect stage accelerated with the rise of temperature and suit for Logistic curve At the same time,the table of the population reproduction capacity were constructed and main population life parameters were calculated at the temperature of 23℃ and 27℃
