新疆向西开放水平与经济增长质量关系的实证研究——基于全要素生产率视角

摘　　要：文章运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数计算了1985—2014年30年来新疆经济增长质量,并基于全要素生产率方法计算出30年来新疆向西开放水平对经济增长质量的贡献。研究结果表明:目前投资仍是推动新疆经济增长质量的主要动力;人力资本对经济增长质量的作用不明显;而向西开放和新疆经济增长质量相互作用。最后,基于向西开放的角度,提出新疆提高经济增长质量应继续加大向西开放的力度、不断提高人才队伍建设、大力扶持向西开放优势产业发展三个方面建议。Using the Cobb- Douglas production function, this paper calculated the 1985-2014 economic growth quality in Xinjiang, and, based on the total factor productivity method, calculated the contributions of the 30 year westward opening policy to the economic growth quality. The results showed that currently investment is still a major power to promote the quality of economic growth in Xinjiang; human capital plays an unobvious role; and westward opening policies are interacting with economic growth quality. Finally, this paper, tuning to westward opening, pro- posed that opening to the west be reinforced to improve the quality of economic growth in Xinjiang, and professional cultivation be constantly improved, and industries developing westward be forcefully aided.
