摘　　要：近年来,我国突发公共卫生事件呈现高频爆发的趋势,对于公众生命健康安全、政府公信力、国家经济发展与社会稳定形成了严重的威胁与破坏,这就向高质量的危机管理提出了迫切的诉求。文章以公共危机管理的重要工具——信息沟通为研究对象,以"MERS事件"为视角,分析了我国公共卫生事件中的信息沟通现状,针对存在的相关问题提出建设性的完善对策。旨在通过提升信息沟通水平,为增强我国公共卫生事件的管理能力做出有益的贡献。In recent years, emergent public health events have tended to be of high frequencies in China, which threats and damages the public health and life, the credibility of the government, the national economic development and so- cial stability. The trend asks for a high quality crisis management. This paper, taking communication --- an important tool used in public crisis management --- as the object, analyzed, in the case of ＂MERS event＂, the status quo of crisis communication of China＇ s public health events, and proposed measures to be taken in view of the existing problems. It aims to improve crisis communication in order to enhance crisis management in case of public health events.
