摘　　要：借鉴目前国际上与数据库绩效有关的一些主要项目,结合图书馆数据库的具体使用情况,依据评估指标的选取原则,作者认为数据库绩效主要体现在利用情况、内容质量、数据库商服务水平、用户满意度四个方面,从而制定了数据库绩效评估指标体系。通过定量测量和定性测量(调查问卷)相结合方式,经过加权计算得到数据库的绩效评估结果。在此基础上,作者探讨了提高数据库利用率的方法,提出了数据库的改进建议,并指出今后数据库评估研究的努力方向。Drawing on the experience of the major projects which are currently relevant to the performance of international database and being combined with the specific use of the database, the author thinks that the evaluation of database performance mainly comes from four aspects of database use, content quality, database provider service level, user satisfaction, which are based on the principle of selecting evaluation. The author develops performance evaluation indicators of the database. After using quantitative measurements and qualitative measurements（questionnaires）, he gains the evaluation results by the weighted calculation. On the basis, he explores ways to improve the utilization of the database,and makes recommendations for improvement of the database, and points out the research direction for the evaluation of the database in future.
