摘  要:在已有钢铁企业煤气优化调度模型的基础上,引入参数矩阵表征设备间的连接关系,以此构建煤气网络拓扑;针对混合煤气用户,建立了比较接近实际的煤气系统优化调度模型。某钢铁企业的简化煤气管网系统计算结果表明,所建模型可以比较全面地反映煤气产生、分配、混合与消耗等环节,能同时对多种煤气在多个调度周期内进行优化调度,保障生产用户能量供应和热值要求,避免混合煤气用户的热值波动,充分利用缓冲用户的缓冲能力,减小煤气放散。Based on the previous optimization model of byproduct gas in iron and steel plants,the parameter matrix is introduced to describe the connection between the equipments,and the topological relationship of the gas network is constructed. The optimization model approximating to the real gas system is established for mixed gas users. The computation results of the simplified gas networks system in a certain iron and steel plant show that the constructed model can describe the links of gas generation,distribution,mix and consumption,etc. and optimize various gases in multi-period at the same time. Thus it can guarantee the demand of users for energy supply and heat value,avoid the fluctuation of heat value for mixed gas users,take full use of the buffer capacity of the buffer users and reduce gas emission.
