摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸十八酯(SMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备了丙烯酸系高硬度吸油树脂。研究了不同搅拌速率、水油比(水相和单体相的质量比)、交联剂、单体配比对树脂性能的影响。结果表明:当软单体SMA用量占单体总质量的26.6%,水油比为5∶1,MBA用量占单体总质量的0.6%,反应温度为80℃时,其三维分子网既有坚硬骨架又易于松弛伸展,树脂的吸油倍率最大。Acrylic acid series high oil absorption resin is synthesized by suspension polymerization with stearyl methyl-acrylate(SMA),butyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate as monomer,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinker,polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent,and benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The effects of the stirring rate,water-oil ratio,crosslinker,monomer ratio on performance of the resin are studied. The experimental results show that when the mass fraction of SMA and MBA to the total monomers are 26.6% and 0.6%,water/oil ratio is 5∶1,polymerization temperature is 80℃,the synthesized resin has good performance in oil absorption,its three-dimensional molecular network has hard skeleton and is easily stretching at the same time.
