摘 要:采用多聚甲醛二甲基醚(PODEn)代替甲醛(HCHO)与苯酚在磷酸催化下制备了双酚F(BPF)。结果表明:在温度为50,65,80℃时,随着n的增加,BPF的收率先增加后减小,当n为2时,BPF的收率最大,分别为88.4%,93.7%,95.8%;BPF的选择性随n的增加而逐渐减小。温度对BPF收率的影响比较明显,温度越高,BPF的收率越高;但BPF的选择性基本不随温度变化。与传统的以HCHO水溶液为原料合成BPF相比,以PODEn为原料合成BPF具有显著的高选择性的优点。综合比较,PODEn同系物中,PODE2最适合代替HCHO合成BPF。在80℃条件下,以PODE2为原料,BPF的收率和选择性分别为95.8%,94.7%。Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(PODEn) is used as starting materials with phenol to prepare bisphenol F(BPF)instead of formaldehyde. The results show that the yield of BPF rises then falls with the increase of n at the temperature of 50,65,and 80 ℃.The yield of BPF reach the maximum of 88.4%,93.7% and 95.8% respectively when n is 2. On the other hand,the selectivity of BPF dcreases gradually with the increase of n. Temperature exert significant impact on yield of BPF,that is,the higher the temperature is,the more the yield of BPF is. However,temperature had little influence on selectivity of BPF. Compared with traditional process from formaldehyde solution,the selectivity is higher in the new process from PODEn. In conclusion,PODE2 is the best material to replace formaldehyde for synthesis of BPF,with which the yield of BPF is up to 95.8% when the selectivity of BPF reaches 94.7% at the temperature of 80 ℃.
