摘 要:以络石、黄金络石和花叶络石为试验材料,测定了不同部位叶片的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的含量,探讨同一种内不同部位叶片内色素含量的分布差异,对不同种间色素含量进行比较。结果表明:花叶络石、黄金络石叶片的花色苷、类胡萝卜素相对含量较高,络石叶片叶绿素含量最高;从不同取样部位来看,类胡萝卜素和花色苷含量基本表现为基部>中部>顶部叶片,而叶绿素含量则相反;花色苷/总叶绿素较高时,植株叶片表现为紫或暗红色斑块,而类胡萝卜素/总叶绿素较高时,则植株叶片表现为黄色或黄色斑块。This study took Trachelospermum jasminoides, Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki'and Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Variegatum ' as test materials. The leaf chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin cntent of leaves were measured and the relationship between the leaves color and the content of pigmets was also explored. The results showed that the content of anthocyanins and carotenoids of Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki'and Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Variegatum ' were higher relatively while the chlorophyll content of Trachelospermum jasminoides leaves was the highest. The order of carotenoids and anthocyanins content of leaves were at stem base at the central at the top of the plant, however the chlorophyll content was apposite. When the ratio of anthocyanins/chlorophyll was higher, there were purple or dark red patches on plant leaves. There were yellow or yellow patches on leaves while the ration of the carotenoid/chlorophyll was higher.
