喀什地区农村剩余劳动力转移现状、问题及对策研究

摘　　要：从分析喀什地区经济社会的基本现实情况出发,调查并研究分析了喀什地区农村剩余劳动力的现状情况、农村剩余劳动力向城市或其他地区转移的特点以及转移背后的深层次原因,总结了目前劳动力转移过程中存在的主要问题和面临的困境,并结合喀什当前以及未来的发展前景和优势,提出了促进喀什地区剩余劳动力转移的对策建议。From the analysis of the basic reality of Kashi region economic society,the status quo of the rural surplus labor force in Kashi, or in other parts of the transfer of rural surplus labor force to cities characteristic and the profound reasons behind the move were investigated and analysed, the current main problems in the process of labor transfer and the difficulties faced by, and combining the Kashi were summarized, the current and future development prospect and advantage, puts forward some countermeasures to promote surplus labor transfer in Kashi region were put forward.
