摘　　要：本文对天津市三北防护林体系五期工程区实施的中期效益、存在问题进行了分析,并结合实际对下一步工程实施提出了建议,为未来天津市实施三北防护林工程奠定了理论基础。In this paper, the medium-term benefits of the five phase project of three north shelterbelt constrution existing problems were analyzed, and combined with the practice the recommendations a project implementation were put forward, for the future of our city implementation project of 3 north shelter forest laid a theoretical basis.
