摘  要:某新型装备没有配套模拟训练设备,其装备信息化程度高、数据融合度复杂、涉及技术领域宽、综合集成度高且体积庞大,实弹作战训练费用昂贵。为了解决诸多训练不便,采用单片机和ARM搭建的两级电路,实现了在信息交互量大和响应时效高的前提下对操作训练的数据采集和驱动,而且实现了电路板的模块化、通用化设计应用。两板之间通信采用UDP协议,与上位机等计算机设备通过交换机搭建CAN以太网高速通信。模拟器操作使用响应时效快、操作沉浸感逼真,电路结构简单、易于使用、维护方便、复制成本低、运行可靠,能有效缩短人员培训周期。A new type of equipment does not have simulation training equipment,which has a high degree of equipment information technology,complex data fusion,wide involving technology field,high comprehensive integration and bulky,high cost of live-fire combat training.In order to solve the problems,the project which builds two-stage circuit by SCM and ARM,achieves data acquisition and driving in a large amount of information exchange and quickly response to the training,as well as a modular and universal application of circuit design.The project uses UDP protocol for communications between the two circuits,builds CAN-Ethernet with the host computer and other computer equipment for high-speed communications.Simulator has many advantages,such as quickly response of operating,high immersive experience,simple circuit structure,easy to use,easy maintenance,low copy cost,reliable and so on,which can effectively shorten the training period.
