摘　　要：研究了一种高效抗冲改性剂的制备方法,采用种子乳液聚合法制备大粒径交联聚丙烯酸酯胶乳作为基础胶乳,通过接枝苯乙烯及丙烯腈制备出高效抗冲改性剂,考察了制备大粒径基础胶乳的影响因素以及在接枝聚合中单体配比、分子量调节剂对接枝反应的影响,并将高效抗冲改性剂应用于PVC的改性研究。结果表明高效抗冲改性剂能大大提高PVC冲击强度。A preparation method of impact modifier was established. AAS grafting powder was prepared by grafting acrylonitrile and styrene onto PBA latex and it was applied in modifying PVC. The influence of the AAS grafting powder preparation,monomer ratio in graft polymerization and molecular weight regulator in grafting reaction was studied. The results showed that AAS grafting powder greatly improved the impact strength of PVC.
