摘  要:研究了使用超声波法从山楂叶中提取原花青素,分别通过对料液比,乙醇浓度,提取温度,提取时间这些提取因素进行探索。对山楂叶提取物进行分离纯化,用分析检测方法比如红外分光光度计以及紫外分光光度计对提取物中原花青素进行分析与检测。确定了最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为60℃,最佳超声波提取时间为60 min,最佳料液比为1∶8,最佳浸泡时间为20 h。The extraction of Oligomeric Proantho Cyanidins from hawthorn leaves by ultrasonic method was studied.This experiments that effected the extraction results by change the material liquid ratio and ethanol concentration,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time were researched. Ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum analysis showed that the crude extract contained Oligomeric Proantho Cyanidins. The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol was the best solvent,ultrasonic temperature was 50 ℃,the ratio of the solid material to solution was 1∶9,the ethanol concentration was 70%,the temperature was normal temperature,ultrasonic extraction time was 60 min.
