离子色谱法测定自制直饮纯净水的6种阴离子

摘  要:建立了离子色谱测定纯净水中F^-、Cl^-、Br^-、NO_2^-、CO_3^(2-)、SO_4^(2-)等6种阴离子的方法。采用KOH淋洗液发生器,梯度洗脱程序0~6.5 min,10 mmol/L;6.5~10.5 min,10~40 mmol/L;10.5~20 min,40 mmol/L;20~20.5 min,40~10mmol/L;20.5~30 min,10 mmol/L;流速1 m L/min;进样量25μL;柱温30℃;抑制器ASRS 4 mm,电流50 m A。6种阴离子加标回收率在88.60%~110.40%之间,相对标准偏差在2.12%~7.56%之间。同时与7种市售纯净水检测对比,验证自制直饮纯净水系统出水的6种阴离子含量值符合安全饮用的相关水质标准。Ion chromatography for determining 6 kinds of anion of F-,Cl-,Br-,NO-2,CO2-3,SO2-4was established. The KOH eluent generator was used with the flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min,the sample volume of 25 μL,and the column oven temperature of 30 ℃. The gradient elution program was 0 ~ 6. 5 min,10 mmol / L,6. 5 ~ 10. 5 min,10 ~ 40 mmol / L,10. 5 ~ 20 min,40 mmol / L,20 ~ 20. 5 min,40 ~ 10 mmol / L and 20. 5 ~ 30 min,10 mmol / L. The ASRS 4mm suppressor was applied with 50 m A current. The standard addition recovery for 6 kinds of anion was 88. 60% ~110. 40%,and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 2. 12% ~ 7. 56%. Meanwhile,compared pure water test results with 7 kinds of commercially available brands,it was confirmed that the content of 6 kinds of anion in the water from the self- made direct drinking water system met the safe drinking water quality standards.
