摘  要:根据石化行业凝结水的特点,结合40万吨煅后焦装置凝结水的现状,采用磁增益复合除铁和阻截除油技术对凝结水中铁、油进行去除,从而实现回收高温凝结水作为锅炉给水的目的。该工艺能够全面去除凝结水中的油、铁和悬浮物等杂质,出水符合国家锅炉补水标准,具备耐高温性强、热效率高、处理效率高、自动化程度高、投资回报率高、运行成本低等特点。该工艺在现场应用效果明显,回收效益显著。According to the characteristics of the petrochemical industry condensate and the present situation for recovery condensate of 400000 tons coke calcining plant,making use of the gain magnetic iron removal compound and interdiction oil removing technology to remove the iron and oil from the condense water,the high temperature condensate recovered as boiler feed water purposes was achieved. The process can comprehensive removal of condensation water of oil,iron and suspended solids and impurities,and the output water quality met the national standards for boiler water and have high resistance to high temperature,high thermal efficiency,high efficiency,high degree of automation,the investment return rate of high and low operating cost characteristics. The technology applied in the field effect is obvious,recycling efficiency significantly.
