摘 要:为研究风力机叶片的结冰特性与防除冰方法,设计了一种简便、低成本的结冰风洞实验系统。利用北方冬季的自然低温条件,将常规的开口射流风洞加以改造,安装水雾喷射系统和结冰测试段以提供结冰环境条件。在冬季进行了结冰验证实验,对结冰风洞的3个主要参数:温度稳定性、液态水含量和过冷水滴平均直径进行了测试和标定。结果表明,在环境温度相对稳定的冬季时间段内,主要指标可在一定程度上满足风力机结冰实验要求。A simple and low cost icing wind tunnel experiment system has been designed in order to study the characteristics of wind turbine blade icing and de-icing methods.The conventional open jet wind tunnel has been transformed by using the natural low temperature condition of the northern winter,and a water spray system and the icing test section were installed to provide the icing conditions.The verification experiments were carried out in winter,and the three main parameters:the temperature stability,the liquid water content and the medium volume droplet diameter were tested and calibrated.The results show that the main indexes can meet the requirements of the wind turbine icing test to a certain degree at the relatively stable environment temperature.
