摘　　要：本院自2010年实行慢性病门诊以来,通过强化监督管理机构职能,完善相关的工作制度和流程规范,强化临床药师制、合理用药质控和合理用药考评制三项制度,形成系统化处方点评制。按照制度制定了19种门诊慢性病处方管理的相关对策,提高了医生合理用药意识,降低了医院承担医疗统筹资金的风险。Since 2010, the hospital has implemented the chronic disease clinic. To strengthen the function of supervision and management, to improve the system of relevant work and the standard of procedures, to strengthen three systems of the clinical pharmacist system, the quality control of rational use of drug and the evaluation system of rational use of drug form a systematic prescription review system. According to the system, the formulation of related countermeasures of management about 19 outpatient chronic disease prescription has some advantages of the improvement of the awareness of rational use of drugs and the reducing the risk of hospital medical pooling funds.
