探究肿瘤放疗患者身体营养状况及生化指标

摘　　要：目的探究肿瘤放疗患者身体营养状况及生化指标的变化情况。方法择取我院2012年3月～2015年3月进行肿瘤放疗治疗的患者160例为本次的研究对象,并按照数字随机法进行分组,共分为A组、B组、C组、D组,每组患者均占据40例,对所有患者均进行饮食状态调查,并分析各项生化指标的变化情况。结果 D组患者营养不良率低于C组,A组营养不良率稍高于B组,但比较四组患者的营养状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);D组与A组患者的动物性食物膳食结构情况高于参考量;奶类、豆类、蔬菜、水果摄取严重不足;C、D两组的白细胞含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者的前白蛋白水平明显低于其他三组,P<0.05;B组患者的白蛋白水平明显高于其他三组,P<0.05。结论对肿瘤患者在接受放疗期间应注意日常饮食的合理搭配,注意营养结构的均衡,使得各项生化指标趋于合理性。Objective To explore the body nutritional status and biochemical index in patients receiving tumor radiotherapy. Methods From March 2012 to March 2015, 160 patients receiving tumor radiotherapy treatment in our hospital were taken as the research object, and random grouped in accordance with the digital method, divided into group A, group B, group C, group D, 40 cases in each group, dietary survey for all patients, and analyzed the change of the biochemical indexes. Results malnutrition rates lower than that of group C, group D patients malnutrition rates slightly higher than that of group B, group A but compare nutritional status differences among four groups of patients have no statistical significance（P〈0.05）; D group and A group of patients with animal food dietary structure is higher than the reference; Milk, beans, vegetables, fruit, inadequate intake; C, D the WBC levels similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Patients of group C prealbumin levels significantly lower than the other three groups, P〈0.05; Albumin levels in patients with B group was obviously higher than that of the other three groups, P〈0.05）.Conclusion During radiotherapy, the tumor patients should pay attention to daily diet and reasonable collocation, the balanced nutrition structure, make the biochemical indicators to be more reasonable.
