免气腹三孔法腹腔镜行阑尾切除术的可行性与局限性探讨

摘　　要：目的分析免气腹三孔法腹腔镜行阑尾切除术的可行性与局限性。方法 40例阑尾炎患者均行免气腹三孔法腹腔镜行阑尾切除术,分析其治疗效果。结果 40例患者均顺利完成手术治疗,平均手术时间(32.8±5.6)min,术后并发症发生率5.0%,且经保守治疗治愈。结论在掌握适应证的基础上,行免气腹三孔法腹腔镜行阑尾切除术安全有效,可行性高。Objective To analyze feasibility and limitations of three hole method without pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic for appendectomy. Methods 40 cases of appendicitis patients were treated with three hole method without gasless laparoscopic appendectomy, to analyze the therapeutic effect. Results Surgical treatment was successfully performed in 40 patients, the average operation time was（32.8±5.6） min, the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 5.0%, and cured by conservative treatment. Conclusion On the basis of the master the indications, three hole method without pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic appendectomy is safe and effective, the feasibility is high.
