阿托伐他汀联合阿昔莫司治疗混合性高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿昔莫司治疗混合性高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择混合性高脂血症患者132例,按数字表法随机分为阿托伐他汀组和联合组,各66例,阿托伐他汀组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,联合组在阿托伐他汀组基础上加用阿昔莫司治疗。比较两组患者的血脂参数变化、三项达标率情况。结果联合组患者治疗3个月时血清TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C改善程度优于阿托伐他汀组。联合组TC、TG、HDL及三项达标率均高于阿托伐他汀组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿昔莫司治疗混合性高脂血症可有效改善血脂水平,提高TC、LDL-C、TG三项全部达标率,临床疗效佳且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin combined with acipimox in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods132 cases of patients with mixed hyperlipidemia, according to the number table method were randomized to atorvastatin statin group and combination group, 66 cases in each group, atorvastatin group was treated with atorvastatin statin therapy, combined with atorvastatin statin and acipimox treatment. The changes of blood lipid parameters and three items of compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of serum TC, LDL-C, TG, HDL-C were signiifcantly better than that of atorvastatin group in the treatment of 3 months. The rates of TC, TG, HDL in combination group were signiifcantly higher than those in the atorvastatin group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin statin combination oacipimox in treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia can effectively improve the levels of blood lipid, improve TC, LDL-C , TG and compliance rate, has good clinical curative effect and is safe and reliable.
