摘　　要：目的分析影响肿瘤癌痛护理的因素以及解决方法。方法选取2013年初到2015年初50例在我院治疗肿瘤的患者以及50例护理人员,从病情了解、病症基本知识、基本护理方法三方面进行调查,分析影响肿瘤癌痛护理的因素。结果患者对自身病情、病理知识、基本护理了解的程度影响癌痛护理;护理人员的专业知识水平影响肿瘤癌痛护理。结论提升护理人员的病理知识水平以及护理水平,规范护理内容,加强病房内疾病知识宣传可以提高肿瘤癌痛护理质量。Objective Analysis of the factors affecting the tumor cancer pain nursing and solutions. Methods From beginning of 2013 to early 2015, 50 patients with cancer for treatment in our hospital and 50 cases of nursing staff were selected. From three aspects of pathogenic condition, basic knowledge and basic nursing methods for investigation, the factor which influences cancer pain care was analyzed. Results The degree that Patients know their pathogenic condition, basic knowledge and basic nursing care has impact on cancer pain; the level of professional knowledge of nursing staff play an important role in cancer pain nursing. Conclusion To enhance the knowledge of pathology and the level of care nursing staff, standardize nursing content, and strengthen propaganda disease wards can improve care quality for cancer pain.
