摘 要:嗅觉对昆虫的生存至关重要.长期的进化中,昆虫发展了一套完备的嗅觉系统.在昆虫嗅觉识别过程中,有多种嗅觉蛋白参与其中.在过去的十几年中,随着生物信息技术的发展,与昆虫嗅觉识别相关的基因家族得到了鉴定,如气味受体、离子型受体等,结合电生理及行为学方面的研究,这些基因的功能也逐步得到了验证,使对昆虫嗅觉识别的分子基础有了更深入的理解.本文综述了与昆虫外周嗅觉系统神经转导过程相关的嗅觉蛋白的生化特性及生理功能,概述了昆虫外周嗅觉系统神经转导机制的最新研究进展.Olfaction plays a vital role in all aspects of their lives for insects. A precise olfactory system has been formed in the long-term evolution of insects. To complete this process, a variety of olfactory proteins are needed. Our knowledge of the molecular mechanism of odorant reception in insects has grown exponentially over the past decade. With the development of the bioinformatics technology, much more genes of odor-related gene family have been identified, such as odorant receptors and ionotropic receptors. Combined with electrophysiological and behavioral research, their functions have been verified. In this paper, we summarize the biochemical properties and physiological functions of these odor-related proteins and the advances in molecular mechanism of signal transduction in periphery olfactory system of insects.
