摘 要:聚丙烯(PP)的热性能很差,很多研究都致力于提高其热性能。采用空气喷射变形机将PP长丝与黏胶长丝进行混纺,将混纺后的纱线制成织物,并对织物的耐热性和阻燃性进行研究。结果发现:通过与黏胶长丝混纺,可以提高PP的导热性能;以黏胶为皮层、PP为芯层的纱线的耐热性也较PP有所提高;与黏胶长丝混纺后,PP的阻燃性能略有提高。Polypropylene(PP)is widely known for its poor thermal characteristics.Many attempts have been made to improve its thermal behavior.In this study,PP filament yarns were blended with viscose filament yarns using an air-jet texturing machine.The blended yarns of PP and viscose were converted into fabrics and the fabrics thermal resistance and flame-resistance characteristics were studied.It was found that the thermal conductivity of PP can be improved by blending it with viscose yarn.Thermal resistance of PP can be improved by having viscose sheath and PP core yarn.Flameresistance of PP also can be marginally improved by blending it with viscose filament yarn.
