开放数据许可协议及其在图书馆领域的应用

摘　　要：开放数据许可协议对促进开放数据的发布和再利用具有重要作用,政府机构、知识共享组织、开放数据共用项目制订了不同的开放数据许可协议。文章分析大英图书馆、德国国家图书馆、欧洲数位图书馆等图书馆领域开放数据许可协议具体案例,对开放数据许可协议在我国的应用提出建议。License agreement of open data plays an extremely critical role in promoting the publishing and reuse of open data. Government agencies, creative commons, and open data commons projects have formulated many different license agreements of open data. Through analysing the specific cases of open data license agreement published by the British Library,National Library of Germany,the Europeana and others from library indsutry, this paper proposes the guideline of applying the open data license agreement in domestic libraries.
