精准医学时代我国实验外科发展的新趋势

摘　　要：精准医学的概念是个性化的预防和治疗策略.中国版的精准医学应该结合中国的特点,这种概念的应用前景十分广泛,近期已经被用于发展外科疾病的个性化治疗,并改善临床的预后,特别是它促进肿瘤的靶向药物治疗的发展.中国版的精准医学将是我国实验外科发展的新趋势.目前需要的是广泛的研究项目,鼓励针对精准医疗发现创造性方法,严格的测试,以及最终使用它们来构建证据基础以指导临床实践.The concept of precision medicine is the prevention and treatment strategies that take individual variability into account.Chinese concept of precision medicine should be combined with chinese characters.The prospect of applying this concept broadly has been dramatically improved by the personalized medicine for surgical diseases and improves clinical outcomes,especially the development of targeted therapeutic agents for the cancer diseases.The precision medicine initiative should be a new trend of chinese experimental surgery.What is needed now is a broad research program to encourage creative approaches to precision medicine,test them rigorously,and ultimately use them to build the evidence base needed to guide clinical practice.
