摘　　要：近年来研究结果显示,免疫炎性反应在心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中发挥重要作用.众多免疫炎性细胞通过何种机制参与心肌再灌注损伤称为该领域的研究热点问题.本文将分别阐述中性粒细胞、单核/巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞以及肥大细胞在心肌缺血再灌注损伤机制中的研究进展,并分析目前存在问题及发展方向.Accumulating of evidence has shown that inflammatory responses play critical roles in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.Abundant of studies had been devoted to investigate the mechanism underlie the myocardial reperfusion injury that mediated by immune cells.Here,the experimental evidence and potential mechanisms of neutrophils,monocytes/macrophages,lymphocytes and mast cells in myocardial reperfusion injury will be reviewed.Besides,we will also describe the current problems and the future direction in this field.
